How do I spot catalysts on a price chart?
Watch for large spikes in mention volume, like the example above: Upstart ($UPST) had a large spike in conversation volume with highly negative average sentiment; the stock price fell more than -30% over the ensuing 24 hours
Why doesn't the line always align with mentions?
The dotted line that appears on hover is aligned to the stock price over time. Given there is no stock price data on weekends while the market is closed, but there IS news on the weekends, sometimes the line will be a slight misalignment between the mentions bar and the hover line.
